This policy addresses "consumer health data" only, as defined under Washington's My Health My Data Act. It does not contain information beyond what that law requires and does not replace or modify our general Privacy Policy, which governs all other personal information.
Consumer health data we collect
Subodhi.ai does not intentionally request, collect, or use consumer health data (as defined under RCW 19.373), including physical or mental health status, diagnoses, treatment, or reproductive or sexual health information. Our contact and scheduling forms specifically instruct visitors not to submit health information.
If a website visitor voluntarily includes consumer health data in a free-text field despite that instruction, we treat it as inadvertently received: we do not use it for any purpose beyond responding to the specific inquiry in which it was included, and we delete it once it is no longer reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Purpose for collection
To the limited extent any consumer health data is inadvertently received, our sole purpose is to respond to the inquiry that contained it. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any secondary purpose.
Consumer health data we share or sell
Subodhi.ai does not sell consumer health data. Subodhi.ai does not share consumer health data with any third party or affiliate, except where required by law or to the minimum extent necessary for a service provider (such as our form or hosting provider) to store or transmit a message on our behalf, and never for that provider's own independent use.
Your rights under the My Health My Data Act
If you are a Washington consumer, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether Subodhi.ai holds consumer health data about you and access that data;
- Withdraw any consent related to the collection or sharing of consumer health data about you; and
- Request deletion of consumer health data about you.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and describe your request. We will respond within the time required by law, and we will not require you to create an account to submit or track a request.
Retention
We do not retain consumer health data beyond the time reasonably necessary to respond to the specific inquiry in which it was inadvertently included, or as required to comply with a legal obligation.
Security and access
Access to any form submissions that might contain inadvertent consumer health data is limited to the founder and any authorized personnel, and is protected with strong authentication. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Geofencing
Subodhi.ai does not use geofencing technology around any healthcare facility, mental health facility, or reproductive or sexual health facility for any purpose prohibited under RCW 19.373.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
