Information we collect
Subodhi.ai may receive information you choose to provide when you use our contact form or book a call, including your name, email address, organization, scheduling preferences, and the business challenge you describe.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate meetings, understand your needs, prepare for conversations, provide requested services, and maintain ordinary business records.
Scheduling and third-party services
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms and protected by Netlify spam filtering, a hidden honeypot field, and Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA may process technical information and set a necessary security cookie to distinguish people from automated traffic. Booking links lead to Cal.com, which processes the information you submit under its own privacy practices. Email and video-meeting providers may process information necessary to deliver those services.
Cookies and analytics
This launch version does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics scripts. Google reCAPTCHA may set a necessary security cookie when the contact form is used. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, scheduling, email, meetings, and business operations, or when required by law.
Washington consumer health data
Subodhi.ai does not knowingly collect, share, or sell "consumer health data" as defined under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). Our practices regarding any such data, and the rights available to Washington consumers under that law, are described exclusively in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, a separate document required by that Act. This general Privacy Policy does not govern consumer health data.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. Access to form submissions and related accounts should be limited to authorized users and protected with strong authentication. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you provided, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional information. Comprehensive state consumer privacy laws (such as the CCPA) generally include revenue or data-volume thresholds that Subodhi.ai does not currently meet; where such a law does not legally require it, we will still honor reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests as a matter of practice.
Children
This website and Subodhi.ai’s consulting services are intended for adults and organizations, not children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and tools change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
