Privacy Policy

Please do not send confidential, regulated, financial, health, authentication, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or a scheduling form.

Information we collect

Subodhi.ai may receive information you choose to provide when you use our contact form or book a call, including your name, email address, organization, scheduling preferences, and the business challenge you describe.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate meetings, understand your needs, prepare for conversations, provide requested services, and maintain ordinary business records.

Forms and third-party services

Our workshop registration and interest-list forms are processed by Netlify Forms and protected by Netlify spam filtering, a hidden honeypot field, and Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA may process technical information and set a necessary security cookie to distinguish people from automated traffic. When you register for a live workshop, we email the session details and Google Meet link to the address you provide. Booking links lead to Cal.com, which processes the information you submit under its own privacy practices. Email and video-meeting providers may process information necessary to deliver those services.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to collect data that lets us view and understand website traffic — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, how they found the site, and general device, browser, and approximate location information derived from IP address. To do this, the Google tag on our pages sets cookies and collects usage data, which Google processes to produce aggregated reports about site activity. We use these reports only to understand overall traffic and improve the website; we do not use them to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics is not permitted to receive names, email addresses, children’s information, inquiry messages or payment details.

Analytics cookies are optional. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept analytics” in our cookie banner, and it is not loaded before you consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. If you reject analytics, we do not send website-usage data to Google Analytics. Necessary cookies and local-storage items — which remember your cookie preference, maintain security, and enable registration or payment — are always active and are not used for advertising.

Google processes this information under its own privacy practices. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and in “How Google uses information from sites that use its services.” You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by declining or clearing cookies in your browser.

Google reCAPTCHA may also set a necessary security cookie when a form is used. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, scheduling, email, meetings, analytics, and business operations, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. Access to form submissions and related accounts should be limited to authorized users and protected with strong authentication. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you provided, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional information.

Children

Our website and Subodhi.ai’s consulting services are directed to adults and organizations. Our AI Explorers workshop is designed for children ages 8–17, but we work with children only through a parent or guardian: registration and inquiries are completed by an adult, and any information about a child — such as a first name and age range — is provided by that parent or guardian for the purpose of running the workshop. We ask parents and guardians not to submit a child’s full name, contact details, account information, or other sensitive information through our forms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. During the workshop, children work in Google Gemini accounts that a parent or guardian sets up and controls, and Google Analytics is not permitted to receive children’s information. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time — see Contact, below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and tools change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
